決済および必要書類の受領後、特に記載のない限りは土日祝日を除き4営業日以内に提供いたします。ただし、業務の混雑状況により、別途納期をご提示させていただく場合がございます。
Unless otherwise specified, services will be delivered within 4 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after payment and receipt of all required documents. Delivery times may be extended depending on current workload, in which case a revised timeline will be provided.
返品・キャンセル
サービスの性質上、決済完了後の返金は原則として受け付けておりません。
Due to the nature of digital/consulting services, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
契約の解除 / Termination of Service
万一、ご利用者様によるハラスメント行為（暴言、脅迫、過度な要求等）や、公序良俗に反する行為、または当社が円滑なサービス提供を継続しがたい無理難題と判断する行為があった場合、当社は事前の通知なく即時に契約を解除し、サービスの提供を中止できるものとします。その際、サービスの性質上、お支払いいただいた代金の返金には一切応じられません。
Dwell Japan reserves the right to terminate the service immediately and without refund if the client engages in any form of harassment, unreasonable demands, or any behavior that significantly hinders the professional provision of our services.

本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。万が一紛争が生じた場合は、日本の神奈川県を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
